networks etcetera uses Microsoft Lync

Derrick Sobrien, President of networks etcetera, chose Microsoft's Skype for Business, along with the Lync program as two of his many ways of training long-distance. Both Lync and Skype for Business has a variety of benefits that businesses can take advantage of to make internal and external communications.

By using this technology, networks etcetera has been able to provide their services Internationally! Microsoft has developed Mobile apps for Windows Phone, iOS, and Android, so Lync communications are available almost universally. Both theSkype for Business and the Lync Mobile apps allow users to instant message, call, or join a Lync Meeting from virtually anywhere.

Users can join a Training Course from Windows or Mac OS X using a Web browser, and still have access to all of the features of Lync, including HD video, VoIP (Voice over IP), instant messaging, and desktop sharing.
